Tare Isaac
FOUNDER, UNITY IN DESIGN GLOBAL NETWORK (UDGN)
Tare Isaac is the founder of Unity in Design Global Network (UDGN), a UK-based fashion platform operating across two entities — UDGN Ltd and UDGN IMPACT CIC — dedicated to creating meaningful pathways for diverse and underrepresented fashion talent onto the global stage. Under her leadership, UDGN has produced two London Fashion Week showcases: Cultural Threads SS26 at Ladbroke Hall and Anthropology of African Stories AW26 in partnership with Fashion Scout.
Tare has built UDGN into a multi-dimensional organisation spanning an incubator programme, an industry residency, designer showcases, and now the Creative Futures Summit — establishing UDGN as a credible and growing force in the global fashion ecosystem. Her work has forged partnerships with institutions including London College of Fashion, Fashion Scout, Africa Fashion Foundation, UnLtd, and Fashion Enter.
As Summit host and moderator, Tare will open the Creative Futures Summit 2026, share the vision behind UDGN's work, and anchor the conversation on what it truly means to build equitable and sustainable pathways in the fashion industry.
