1.  Who We Are

 This platform is owned and operated by UDGN Ltd, a UK private limited company. We provide access to tools, digital resources, events, and services to empower fashion designers and entrepreneurs. 

Our not-for-profit activities (e.g. the Cultural Threads incubator) are powered by Unity in Design Global Network CIC, but these Terms apply specifically to services delivered by UDGN Ltd.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

​

• You must be 18+ to create an account or engage with paid services. 

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any information submitted. 

• Do not share or distribute any premium resources or downloads unless explicitly permitted. 

• We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these terms.

3. Memberships, Bookings & Payment

​

• All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable VAT (where required). 

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. 

• Refunds are not issued unless clearly stated (e.g. in event cancellations or non-delivery). 

• Monthly/annual memberships can be cancelled at any time, but partial refunds are not guaranteed unless specified.

4. Intellectual Property

​

• All site content including logos, copy, guides, and templates is the property of UDGN Ltd or its licensors. 

• Designers retain rights to their uploaded collections but grant UDGN Ltd permission to feature their content (with credit) across our platform, digital lookbooks, social media, and press materials.

5. User Conduct

​

You agree not to: 

• Upload or distribute unlawful, abusive, or misleading content 

• Interfere with site operations or security 

• Use the site for purposes unrelated to fashion, community building, or education 

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation 

 

Breaches of this policy may lead to account termination and legal action.

6. Links to Other Sites

​

We may include links to third-party sites for events, payment, or learning resources. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these external sites.

7. Modification

​

UDGN Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the date updated above. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance.

8. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
