Amy Allison — Internationally Signed Model & Founder, The Models Mode, Amy Allison is the internationally signed model and founder whose casting call — through The Models Mode and UDGN's partnership with Fashion Scout — drew over 1,000 aspiring models, produced a sell-out London Fashion Week showcase, and earned recognition from Vogue Italia, all within her first year of launching. Her portfolio includes features in British Vogue, The Guardian, Stylist Magazine and DEEDS Magazine, establishing her as a respected presence within the modelling world. Her experience spans both commercial and fashion sectors, having worked with globally recognised brands including Marriott Bonvoy, LADbible, The Mandrake, Lyle & Scott and ASOS. She has also walked in London Fashion Week showcases for luxury fashion houses including Onalaja.

Now combining her industry expertise with mentorship, Amy is the founder of The Models Mode — a modelling and creatives development network dedicated to helping aspiring and experienced models refine their skills, elevate their confidence, and gain real industry knowledge from professionals actively working within the field. In less than a year since launch, The Models Mode became the official casting partner for UDGN. Through UDGN's partnership with Fashion Scout, The Models Mode saw over 1,000 aspiring models attend an in-person casting call, selecting 16 models for the final showcase — a standout success that introduced powerful new faces, many of whom had never modelled before, generating press visibility including recognition from Vogue Italia.

Driven by excellence, visibility, and genuine development, Amy's mission through The Models Mode is to cultivate the next generation of standout talent — ensuring every model within the community has the tools, training, and opportunities to thrive at the highest level. The results speak for themselves. At the Creative Futures Summit, Amy will participate in the Routes to Industry panel and lead the Interactive Session: Styling for Impact, giving attendees hands-on insight into the visual and commercial power of styling in building a lasting fashion identity.
