Dr. Liz Gee is the Dean of the Fashion Business School at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London — one of the world's most prestigious fashion education institutions. A qualified chartered accountant (FCA), Liz brings a rare combination of rigorous financial expertise and deep fashion industry knowledge to her leadership of one of LCF's most dynamic schools.

Before joining academia, Liz gained senior commercial experience across the Arcadia Group brands and as Corporate Treasurer at Debenhams, followed by a portfolio role at Barclays plc spanning retail and wholesale businesses. She joined LCF as Senior Lecturer in 2006 and has since risen through roles including Course Leader, Programme Director, and Associate Dean before becoming Dean. Her research focuses on fashion business pedagogy, strategic financial management, corporate governance and leadership.

As host institution of the Creative Futures Summit, Dr. Gee's participation brings the full weight and credibility of London College of Fashion to the programme. She will speak to the intersection of education, industry pathways, and the skills emerging fashion professionals need to thrive in today's competitive global landscape.
