Develop. Build. Showcase.

A 4-Month Fashion Incubator + London Fashion Week Showcase

The UDGN Incubator + Showcase is our complete development pathway for emerging designers and independent fashion brands ready to take a collection from product development through to international presentation.

Across four months, designers develop their collection and business through Product Development, Fashion Business Masterclasses and one-to-one mentorship, before preparing a curated collection for presentation during London Fashion Week.

The programme is grounded in the three pillars at the heart of UDGN:

Responsible Design. Cultural Identity. Storytelling.

From how a collection is made to how it is ultimately presented, designers are encouraged to create thoughtfully, build from a strong sense of identity and communicate a clear story through their work.

4 Months + London Fashion Week Showcase

The UDGN Approach

Responsible Design. Cultural Identity. Storytelling.

These three pillars run throughout the development and presentation of your collection.

Responsible Design

Make more considered choices around materials, waste and production, exploring more responsible and sustainable approaches wherever realistically possible.

Cultural Identity

Explore how heritage, traditional knowledge, textiles, craftsmanship and methods of making — from weaving and dyeing to embroidery, beadwork and locally rooted craft techniques — can contribute to a distinctive contemporary design identity.

Storytelling

Develop a clear story behind your collection and learn how that narrative can connect your product, brand identity, imagery, marketing and presentation.
